Your house as a light show, set to your music

Within 7 days of your order. That time is the making: every prop is cut, fitted with its pixels and tested in our workshop, cables are cut to your lengths and your shows are created for your house. Then allow 1 to 3 days in transit. Delivery is free in mainland France.

Yes, every prop is sold on its own. To light up, a prop needs a control box and a 12 V power supply. Already have a Lightshow Factory setup? It joins it, and your shows are regenerated for free to include it. Starting from scratch? The configurator works out exactly the box, power supply and cables you need.

No. Props and cables run on 12 V low voltage, with keyed connectors labelled according to the supplied wiring plan. The only mains connection is the power supply, installed with the control box in a weatherproof enclosure.

From the music: we analyse every beat, note and change in the track, then compose the show for YOUR decor, taking into account where each prop sits on the facade. Calm parts stay soft, choruses explode, and the singing figures move their mouths to the lyrics. You preview it in the configurator before ordering.

Plug in the control box: it creates a “LightShow-SETUP” Wi-Fi network. Join it with your phone, pick your home Wi-Fi, then activate the box from your account using the QR code on its label. Your shows load onto it automatically.

Only for setup and to receive new shows. Once loaded, they are stored in the box and play without internet. From your account you can start or stop the show remotely.

Yes. The tracks chosen with your order and the whole workshop music library are included. A new track of your own becomes an extra show for €4.90: it is generated in a few minutes in the configurator and sent to your control box automatically once paid.

Regenerating or tweaking a show on a track you already have is free and unlimited: new decor, another colour mood, edits to a passage. The updated show goes straight to your control box.

Yes. Our props use standard 12 V WS2811 pixels and each one has its own xLights model. Hobbyists who sequence their own shows can add them to their setup.

It depends on the number of pixels: from a few dozen to a few hundred watts at peak, and far less on average since the pixels are rarely all white at once. The configurator summary shows the power of your setup.

Props, pixels and connectors are weatherproof (IP65). The power supply and control box sit in a weatherproof enclosure. The hardware is built to stay outside all season.

Yes. Add props to your house in the configurator: only the missing hardware is ordered, and your shows are regenerated for free to include the new props.

You have 14 days after delivery to return standard catalogue products. Made-to-measure items are excluded by law: cables and LED lines cut to length, a kit calculated for your facade, shows created on your music. Legal warranties apply in every case.

All hardware is covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, made-to-measure items included, and by the hidden-defects guarantee. If something goes wrong, email us with your order number and a photo or video.

Connectors are keyed and labelled in the order of the wiring plan. If a prop does not light up as expected, email us a photo: we will help you spot and fix the connection.
